Job Purpose:
To drive sales and customer acquisition for Airtel products and services within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers for Airtel services (Broadband, DTH).
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Conduct field visits and generate leads through local market activities and door-to-door sales.
• Provide timely reports and updates to the reporting manager (TSM).
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales (telecom experience preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
• Bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
• Age limit: Up to 30 years.
Salary:
Up to ₹16,500 per month.
