Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and target-driven individuals for the role of Field Officer / Collection Officer. This is a field-based role offering excellent exposure to the BFSI sector, where you will play a key role in customer engagement and loan repayment management.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct daily field visits for EMI / loan collections

✔ Ensure timely and accurate cash deposit as per company guidelines

✔ Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions

✔ Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

✔ Resolve customer queries professionally

✔ Achieve assigned monthly targets

✔ Adhere strictly to banking compliance and policies

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

👤 Experience: Freshers can apply

👨 Gender: Male candidates preferred

🗣 Skills Required:

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of banking/finance

Willingness to work in field and travel locally
