Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Visit residential/commercial areas (door-to-door) to sell WiFi connections and broadband plans.
Lead Generation & Closing: Generate, track, and convert leads to meet monthly sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Explain, promote, and demonstrate WiFi plans, pricing, and special offers clearly to prospects.
Documentation: Collect, verify, and submit customer KYC documents and service agreements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Area Mapping: Map the assigned territory to identify potential customers and competitors.
Typical Requirements
A two-wheeler and valid driving license are usually required for travel.
Comfort with using smartphone apps for data reporting and, sometimes, to check for service feasibility.
