Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Source new clients, meet sales targets, and identify new market opportunities.

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients, understand their financial situation and goals, and recommend suitable loan products.

• Application Management: Guide clients through the application, collect documents, verify information, and ensure timely processing.

• Financial Analysis: Assess creditworthiness, review financial histories, and determine loan eligibility.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong ties with clients, builders, and real estate agents for referrals.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to bank and regulatory standards, and stay updated on market trends. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in home loan or mortgage sales.

• Education: Typically a High School Diploma/Graduation, with a Bachelor's in Finance/Business preferred for advanced roles.

• Licensing: Often requires a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and meet goals. 

Core Function:

To act as a liaison between the borrower and the lender, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and successful loan process from initial contact to final disbursement, ultimately driving business growth.
