Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Onboarding Executive who will be responsible for acquiring and

onboarding new merchants/shops for our platform. The ideal candidate should be comfortable

working on the field, talking to local shopkeepers, collecting KYC documents, and helping them

register on our system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit local shops and businesses in the assigned area.

- Explain our services and benefits to the shop owners.

- Collect required KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank details, Shop photo, etc.).

- Assist shopkeepers in completing digital onboarding via app or web.

- Verify and upload merchant details and documents accurately.

- Educate merchants on how to use the app/services for payments, cashback, etc.

- Follow up for any missing documents or activation issues.

- Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets.

- Maintain records and submit daily reports to the team lead/manager.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).

- Good communication skills (Hindi/Local language).

- Basic knowledge of smartphones & apps.

- Must have an Android smartphone.

- Own two-wheeler preferred (with valid DL).

- Experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or fintech (Preferred).
