We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Assam. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of field activities to achieve monthly targets.
Visit potential customers and promote company products/services.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily field activities to the manager.
Conduct market surveys and gather competitor information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and customer meetings as required.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and share insights on market trends.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing or Business).
1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, Telecom, or BFSI preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively across Assam.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Proficiency in Assamese, Hindi, and English will be an added advantage.
