Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.

• Collect market insights and report competitor activities.

• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.

• Address customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales visits, calls, and interactions.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales or related roles.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.

• Willingness to travel within Kolhapur and nearby areas.

• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
