Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and strengthen market presence across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, achieving sales targets, market visits, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives for the designated territory.

• Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, retailers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Promote and effectively communicate product/service features and benefits.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, enquiries, and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and market information.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and field activity reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in field sales.

• Experience in B2B/B2C sales, FMCG, consumer products, pharma, telecom, or related industries will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.

• Should have good knowledge of the Bangalore market.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred/required for field movement.

• Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
