Job Role:
As a Strategic Alliance Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, meeting, and onboarding merchants across categories such as Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Salons, Spas, Entertainment, Wellness, Retail, Hotels, Resorts, and Lifestyle Brands.
This is a 100% field-based role involving daily meetings, relationship building, negotiations, and partnership closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential merchant partners
• Conduct field meetings and sales presentations
• Build strategic alliances with local and regional brands
• Negotiate offers and promotional campaigns
• Onboard merchants onto the Zookout platform
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
• Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Generate business through referrals and networking
Eligibility
• Male or Female candidates can apply
• Graduate preferred (not mandatory for exceptional candidates)
• 0-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Merchant Acquisition, Alliances, Hospitality, Retail, Digital Marketing, or Startup Ecosystem
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Startup mindset with a hunger to learn and grow
• Comfortable with extensive field travel
