Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have prior FMCG field sales experience and the ability to manage field operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and onboard new retailers and distributors
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure product visibility and availability across assigned territories
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
Manage order collection, payment follow-ups, and daily reporting
Execute field visits to promote products and increase market penetration
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG field sales
Candidate must be local to Ahmedabad
Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle for field travel
Must have a smartphone for reporting and communication
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently
Passion for sales and target-driven mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in retailer/distributor handling
Strong local market knowledge
Excellent relationship-building skills
