We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team Prima Equipment. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Map Territory and Identify opportunities for growth in Electrical/IC/Mechanical department of industrial segment with Frequent Visit
2. Identify potential customers and decision makers within the client organization Key Account Management.
3. Build relationships with new customers / consultants / regulatory bodies in Industries segment.
4. Excellent customers connect and Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
5. Industry market intelligence. Very knowledgeable of the industry and up-to-date on new/expansion projects.
6. Follow-up with customers regarding order status.
7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
8. Generate interest for repurchase/Cross Selling and referrals and creation of pipeline from the existing client base
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate with 3 - 5 Years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Job Skills is an added advantage.
Strong experience in B2B sales
