URGENT REQUIREMENT

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – (Beauty Care Products)

Salary Range- 25k-35k

Exp.- Min. 2 Years

Qualification- Graduation

Location- Gurgaon 49

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers, salons, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell beauty care products.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sampling sessions to clients and end-users.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback to management.

Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability in retail outlets.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/database regularly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in beauty care, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory effectively.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

Presentable personality with passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
