✅ 1. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for hiring, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Education: Minimum qualification is 10th Pass.
Assets: Candidate must own a bike/two-wheeler, Smartphone
Device: Only Android phones are allowed. iPhones are strictly not eligible.
Experian Score: Must be below 50 OR above 550.
(Scores between 50–550 will be automatically rejected.)
Location: Registration must be completed within a mapped Paytm operational area (polygon).
Re-hire Policy: Candidates who previously exited non-amicably (Fraud / PIP / Absconding) are Aadhaar-blocked and not eligible.
Compliance Documents: Mandatory documents include:
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Educational Documents
- UAN / Gratuity Details
Senior FSEs: Must provide proof of experience (Relieving Letter or last 3 months’ Payslips).
