Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Intern (Field Visits)

Duration: 1 – 3 Months

Location: Lucknow

Stipend & Incentives:

- Daily Travel Allowance: ₹100 per day

- Monthly Incentives: Target-based (Approx. ₹10,000 on achievement)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field visits to 10–15 shops (salons/parlours) within the assigned area.

Promote and explain the company’s services, products, or mobile app to shop owners.

Build relationships and onboard new partners into the company’s platform.

Collect customer feedback and report daily visit summaries to the supervisor.

Achieve assigned monthly targets to become eligible for incentives and rewards.

Represent the company in a professional and polite manner during all field visits.
