Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell diesel generators across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Prior experience in generator or industrial equipment sales is preferred, but candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong technical aptitude are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets (industrial, commercial, residential).
🤝 Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
📊 Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for diesel generator units and related services.
🛠️ Technical Support: Provide basic product demonstrations, explain specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for detailed solutions.
📑 Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies.
🔄 Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
📦 Post-Sales Coordination: Ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support in collaboration with service teams.
Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field).
💼 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in diesel generators, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment is an advantage).
🗣️ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
🚀 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
📍 Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings and site visits.
