Roles and Responsibilities
This role is entirely field-based and requires proactive engagement with clients and partners. Key responsibilities include:
Supply and Demand Management:
Maintain healthy supply and demand processes across the assigned city.
Contribute to process improvements and ensure consistent service delivery.
Client and Partner Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
Provide real-time resolutions to partner/customer queries.
Feedback and Market Insights:
Collect feedback from partners and customers on service and experience.
Gather competitor insights and share them with the team to improve offerings.
Sales and Business Development:
Reach out to target clients within assigned sectors daily.
Clearly explain Porter’s offerings and understand client requirements.
Identify and convert new business opportunities based on client needs.
Prepare prospect lists using industry knowledge and online resources.
Actively track conversion rates and suggest improvements for better sales outcomes.
