Job Summary: Responsible for generating sales by meeting customers, understanding their insurance needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Meet customers and generate new sales.
Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans.
Convert leads into policy sales.
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and renewals.
Update sales activities in the CRM.
Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent.
Good communication and sales skills.
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
