Position Overview
Policybazaar is seeking confident, dynamic, and high-energy professionals to join our growing team in Delhi & Noida . This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Metrics
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: INR 3 Lakhs to 4.50 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives(Depends on the Experience and Interview)
Eligibility: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Freshers are welcome
Work Location: Delhi NCR | Noida
Profile: Field Sales Executive
Generate new customer leads through field activities.
Meet prospective customers.
Explain insurance products according to customer requirements.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain daily sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.
Experience Level: 0 to 5 years of experience. Prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
