Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Policybazaar

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida

Salary-3 LPA- 4.2 LPA+INCENTIVES+ TRAVELLING ALLOWANCES

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Mandatory Requirements:

Own Bike
Valid Driving License (DL)
Good communication skills in English
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to travel

Job Responsibilities:

Meet customers at assigned locations and explain Policybazaar's Investment/ Pension plans products.
Calling the the customers
Work on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently in the field.
