Position: Field Sales Executive – Investment Products

Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 (in-hand) plus performance-based incentives

Experience Required: 0 – 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and schedule client meetings

• Visit clients in person to present investment solutions and close sales

• Promote and sell financial products tailored to customer needs

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

• Maintain and update client records and sales reports

• Provide regular feedback and performance updates to management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass

• 0 to 6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles

• Valid driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory

• Strong understanding of sales techniques and client engagement

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
