Role Overview

• We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for Field Sales (Male) and In-Office Telesales (Female) roles at PolicyBazaar. If you are passionate about sales, customer service, and career growth, this is an excellent opportunity.

• Field Sales Executive (Males Only)

• Requirements:

• Bike & Valid Driving License Mandatory

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

  Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Approach potential customers (individuals/businesses) to sell insurance products.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain policy features & benefits.

• Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, outdoor activities, referrals, and networking.

• Relationship Building: Maintain cordial and long-term customer relationships.

• Market Insights: Share customer feedback to enhance product strategies.

• Customer Support: Assist with policy renewals, claims support, and service queries.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Telesales Executive (Females Only In Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain insurance products.

• Generate leads through calling & follow-ups.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.

• Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

• Meet monthly telesales targets.

• Skills & Qualifications (Applicable to All)

• Fluency in Tamil; good communication in English.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

• Good customer service mindset.

• Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and resilience.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
