About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to generate and close leads in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers for insurance products (Life/Health/General).

• Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to explain product features and benefits.

• Generate leads through various sales activities, including cold calling, market visits, and referrals.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure policy renewals and upsell opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and daily activity logs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer service.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months – 5 years of experience in insurance sales (life, health, or general insurance).

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.

• Good understanding of insurance products and market trends.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone apps for reporting.

Education

• Any Graduate/PUC/Diploma
