Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets for plywood, block boards, and flush doors.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range and specifications to effectively present solutions to customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify selling possibilities and suggest product improvements.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling presentations and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Order Management: Oversee order processing, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve customer queries or complaints.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs for management review.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
