Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting clients in person to promote and sell products/services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories

• Conduct regular client visits and product demonstrations

• Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales

• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and travel as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
