We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales deals in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Visit existing and potential clients to present company products/services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain features and benefits.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, client feedback, and sales achievements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
