Field Sales Executive

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in assigned areas.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

• Visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.

• Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and daily reports.

• Prepare and submit MIS reports to the sales manager.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

• Provide basic training and support to users when required.

• Plan daily/weekly routes to optimize field coverage.

• Ensure proper visibility, branding, and product placement in the territory.
