Field Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive the sale of merchant soundbox devices, including Paytm Soundbox, PhonePe Soundbox, and BharatPe Soundbox, under Pine Labs' merchant services. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience and an understanding of digital payment products.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new merchants for soundbox installations.

Demonstrate and explain features of Paytm, PhonePe, and BharatPe soundboxes to merchants.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales and merchant feedback.

Provide after-sales support and address merchant queries.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of field sales experience, preferably in fintech or POS/payments sector.

Knowledge of digital payment products like Paytm, PhonePe, and BharatPe.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel locally and work on-ground daily.
