Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote Physics Wallah (PW) courses, programs, and learning solutions in the assigned territory. The role involves visiting students, parents, schools, coaching centers, and other potential customer locations, explaining PW offerings, generating leads, and converting them into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas regularly to generate new leads and promote PW courses.

- Meet students and parents and understand their educational requirements.

- Explain PW courses, batches, fees, features, benefits, scholarships, and available offers accurately.

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, events, school/college visits, and local activities.

- Assist interested students/parents with the PW signup and enrollment process.

- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp as permitted by company policy.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the company's CRM/app.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/enrollment targets.

- Coordinate with the relevant PW team for admissions, payments, and student support.

- Collect customer feedback and report market information to the reporting manager.

- Follow company policies, approved communication, and data-privacy guidelines.

Student Signup / Enrollment Process

The Field Sales Executive should guide the student through the following process:

1. Identify the Student: Understand the student's class, exam/course requirement, location, and learning needs.

2. Explain the Course: Provide accurate information about the relevant PW batch/course, including syllabus, duration, classes, faculty, study material, fees, and applicable offers.

3. Open the PW Platform: Help the student access the official PW website/app.

4. Signup/Register: Assist the student in creating or accessing their PW account using the details required by PW, such as mobile number and OTP.

5. Select the Course: Help the student locate and select the appropriate course/batch.

6. Verify Details: Ensure the student checks the course, fee, batch details, and other information before proceeding.

7. Payment/Enrollment: Guide the student through the official payment process or applicable enrollment procedure.

8. Confirmation: Confirm that the enrollment/order has been successfully completed and explain how the student can access the course.

9. Update CRM: Record the lead/conversion and required details in the authorized company CRM/system.

10. Post-Sale Follow-Up: Follow up with the student to ensure successful access and direct them to the appropriate PW support channel if they face any issue.

Qualifications

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may apply.

- Prior experience in education sales, field sales, ed-tech, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
