हम PhonePe की कोर मर्चेंट ग्रोथ टीम के लिए मोटिवेटेड और एनर्जेटिक Field Sales Executives (FSE) को हायर कर रहे हैं। इस रोल में आपकी जिम्मेदारी लोकल बिजनेस, रिटेल स्टोर्स और किराना दुकानों को ऑनबोर्ड करके हमारे डिजिटल पेमेंट नेटवर्क को बढ़ाना होगा। यह एक Fixed Salary, No Target Job है—यानी उन लोगों के लिए बेस्ट है जो एक फिक्स इनकम के साथ-साथ परफॉर्मेंस बोनस से ज्यादा कमाना चाहते हैं।

• Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE) / Business Development Executive

• Field Onboarding: लोकल रिटेल मार्केट्स और दुकानों पर जाना, मर्चेंट्स को अप्रोच करना और उन्हें PhonePe प्लेटफॉर्म से जोड़ना (ऑनबोर्ड करना)।

• Product Installation: मर्चेंट की दुकानों पर सही और दिखने वाली जगह पर PhonePe QR Codes लगाना।

• Smart Device Setup: दुकानदारों को PhonePe Soundbox या स्मार्ट पेमेंट डिवाइसेज डिलीवर करना, उन्हें एक्टिवेट करना और उसका डेमो देना।

• Relationship Management: दुकानदारों के प्राइमरी कॉन्टैक्ट पर्सन बनना, उन्हें ऐप यूज करना सिखाना, ट्रांजैक्शन हिस्ट्री चेक करना बताना और ऐप से जुड़े उनके डाउट्स को सॉल्व करना।

• Education: कम से कम 12वीं पास (Higher Secondary) या कोई भी ग्रेजुएट।

• Mandatory Assets (जरूरी चीजें): आपके पास एक चालू Android Smartphone और खुद का टू-व्हीलर (Bike/Scooter) के साथ वैलिड ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना अनिवार्य है।

• Skills: अच्छी बातचीत करने की कला (Communication skills), लोगों को कन्विंस करने की एबिलिटी और लोकल मार्केट में घूमने में कोई परेशानी न होना।

• Age Limit: मैक्सिमम 45 साल तक।
