Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities
Execute daily beat planning and coverage effectively
Ensure proper sector-wise working in the assigned territory
Meet merchants/customers and pitch company products/services
Drive new merchant onboarding and maintain strong relationships
Increase monthly active merchants (MAM) in the assigned area
Focus on growing market share within the territory
Maintain daily reports and track performance
Achieve assigned sales targets
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in field sales (preferred)
