Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred but not mandatory)
Language: Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi (ability to switch based on the client) Good communication & convincing skills
Basic understanding of digital services (listing, leads, online presence) — training will be provided
Comfortable with using smartphone apps & basic Excel/Google Sheets
Key Responsibilities
Daily field visits to businesses across assigned areas Explain Services & packages clearly
Achieve monthly sales targets (paid client onboarding)
Collect business details, photos & basic documentation during visits
Ensure every visit is logged in the system, with a daily update to the team lead
Support onboarding operations — ensuring smooth listing, post creation & first lead delivery for new clients
Build & maintain strong relationships with local businesses for repeat business & referrals
Functional/Operational Support Duties
Collect visiting cards, pamphlets, or any marketing material from businesses
Help clients fill basic onboarding forms if required
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure clients receive their first set of leads smoothly
Ensure client feedback is collected and passed to the internal team for continuous
improvement
