Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive (Channel Partner)
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain project details professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial projects.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Personally accompany clients to project sites and provide complete project presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team, channel partners, and developers to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and site visits.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license, as regular client site visits are part of the role.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and project visits.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
