Field Sales Executive

We are currently hiring for Property Manager

Majorly we are looking for Field sales Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of properties including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations.

• Supervise and coordinate property staff, contractors, and vendors for maintenance and repairs.

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.

• Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.

• Maintain records of leases, contracts, maintenance requests, and financial reports.

• Negotiate contracts for services such as security, cleaning, landscaping, and repairs.

• Monitor market trends and recommend rental adjustments to ensure competitive pricing.

• Ensure compliance with local housing regulations, safety standards, and property laws.

• Assist in marketing vacant properties to minimize downtime and maximize occupancy

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
