Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paytm
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Male (Mandatory)

• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales/fieldwork

• Other Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit merchants, shops, and businesses to onboard them for Paytm services.

• Promote Paytm products (QR codes, Soundbox, EDC machines, etc.) to potential customers.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets.

• Provide training and support to merchants on using Paytm services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants for long-term association.

• Collect and submit required documents for merchant onboarding.

• Ensure timely reporting of field activities to the team lead/manager.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Negotiation and convincing ability

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Basic knowledge of digital payments/Fintech
