Field Sales Executive

We are hiring Field Sales Executives (FSE) for Paytm. This role involves daily field work in nearby market areas, where you will visit shops and merchants to promote and onboard Paytm digital payment products such as QR, Soundbox, and POS/Card Swipe machines.

The job requires meeting shop owners, explaining Paytm services, completing basic onboarding formalities, and achieving assigned sales targets. This is a ground-level field sales role, not a telecalling or office job.

Freshers are welcome, and proper training will be provided. Candidates who show good performance and work continuously for 1 month will get growth and promotion opportunities to Senior FSE or Team Lead roles, along with higher earning potential.

Immediate joining is available. Openings are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local markets and shops daily

• Onboard merchants for Paytm products

• Explain product benefits clearly to customers

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain basic records and provide work updates

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th pass

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)

• Comfortable with field work and targets

• Basic communication skills

• Android smartphone required

• Bike preferred

Salary & Growth

• In-hand earning potential: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 (salary + incentives)
