Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Company: Paytm Services Pvt. Ltd.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Visit shops, merchants, and businesses in assigned areas
  • Onboard new merchants for Paytm QR Code & Soundbox
  • Explain Paytm services and benefits to shop owners
  • Install QR code / Soundbox and give basic usage training
  • Maintain daily field activity and sales reports
  • Achieve daily & monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain good relationships with merchants

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
  • Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license
  • Android smartphone required
  • Good communication skills (local language)
  • Field sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)

Salary & Benefits:


  • Salary: ₹26,000 CTC– ₹21,000 (Cash in Hand)
