Job Description:

Paytm is looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to onboard merchants and promote Paytm's Soundbox and EDC (Card Swipe Machine) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local markets and identify potential merchants.
Onboard new merchants to Paytm.
Sell Paytm Soundbox and EDC devices.
Explain product features and benefits to merchants.
Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Support merchants with digital payment solutions.

Eligibility:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / 2nd PUC
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Must own a bike with a valid Driving Licence.
Smartphone is mandatory.
