Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveLocation: Kanchipuram, Tamil NaduSalary: Up to ₹16,000 to ₹30,000/month (basic + incentives)Employment Type: Full-time (and/or Part-time)Reporting To: Team lead / Area Sales LeadKey ResponsibilitiesVisit retail outlets, merchants, small businesses in the assigned territory (Kanchipuram & surrounding areas) and canvass for sales.On-board new merchants/clients by explaining product/service features, benefits and closing the sale.Maintain relationships with existing clients/merchants: follow up on their needs, ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets (or as agreed) and drive revenue growth in the territory.Operate two-wheeler (bike) to move around field; meet clients/merchants on the ground.Report sales activities: visits, leads, conversions, feedback from customers to the supervisor.Use basic data/CRM input, maintain sales documentation, KYC, installation verification (if applicable).Work flexible hours: may need to meet merchants outside typical hours, manage time efficiently.Collect market intelligence: competitor offers, merchant feedback, potential new areas, product/service gaps.
