Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary

Paytm is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting shops and businesses, onboarding merchants, and promoting Paytm services and QR solutions.

Responsibilities

Visit local markets and meet shop owners/businesses
Promote Paytm QR, Soundbox, and payment solutions
Onboard new merchants and assist with setup
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide basic support and training to merchants

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or above
Good communication and convincing skills
Must own a bike with valid driving license
Must have an Android smartphone
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
Local area knowledge preferred
