Job Description

Paytm Hiring – Field Sales Executive

Job Location:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit local shops and businesses to onboard new merchants.

  • Promote Paytm QR, Soundbox, POS machines and digital payment solutions.

  • Explain product benefits and assist merchants with activation.

  • Maintain good relationships with merchants.

  • Achieve sales targets and provide basic merchant support.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Field sales experience in Fintech, Telecom, BFSI or FMCG is preferred.

  • Good communication and convincing skills.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Earning Opportunity:

  • No fixed pay.

  • Earnings are performance-based, depending on sales and applicable module payouts.
