Key Responsibilities
Generating Sales: Prospecting, identifying, and closing new business opportunities through in-person visits and cold calling.
Customer Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with both new and existing clients.
Product Demonstrations: Delivering presentations and demonstrating product benefits to clients to facilitate purchasing decisions.
Territory Management: Managing a designated geographic area or industry sector efficiently to maximize sales volume.
Reporting and Analysis: Using CRM software to track leads, document sales activity, and report on performance against targets.
Competitor Monitoring: Gathering market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in field sales or similar customer-facing roles.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Goal-Oriented: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
