Sales Executive – EDC (POS) | Paytm | PCMC Region
Identify and onboard retailers, SMEs, and merchants for Paytm’s EDC (POS) devices.
Demonstrate the features and benefits of Paytm EDC to potential clients.
Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, including documentation, KYC, and training.
Ensure timely installation of devices and merchant activation.
Achieve monthly targets for merchant acquisition and transaction volumes.
Handle merchant queries and provide on-ground support post onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high merchant satisfaction and retention.
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.
