Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and strengthen relationships with existing merchants. The role involves onboarding new merchants, deploying digital payment solutions, promoting financial products, and ensuring a seamless merchant experience. This position requires extensive field visits and regular interaction with merchants within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new merchants onto the platform.
Install and activate Paytm QR codes and Soundbox devices at merchant locations.
Educate merchants on the effective use of digital payment services and features.
Promote and cross-sell additional products such as Loans, Insurance, and Gold SIPs.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with merchants.
Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and expand merchant coverage.
Resolve merchant queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Monitor merchant activity and encourage higher adoption and usage of services.
Achieve assigned sales, onboarding, and product activation targets.
Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and sales activities.
