Position: FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Close sales using various methods such as cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits

Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets

Maintain and grow the client database effectively

Check In and Check Out is mandatory

FSE have to attend Gate Meeting on daily basis

Task through TMS App in which he can earn points -

New onboarding (merchants), Deployment Soundbox, Loan, Insurance (Open Market KYC- Only for Incentives)

JOB REQUIREMENT

Working hours: 9Hours

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass with 0-2 years of experience

The position offers a monthly salary:

CTC : FSE-- 200000 (13,500 in hand excluding PF ) for freshers

Sr. FSE-- 270000 (valid experienced 1-3years)

Target based

Incentives upto 20,000

Promotion in 3 months for good performers

Good to have’s:

Two Wheeler (For Field Visit)

Android Smart Phone (For use of Apps necessary for day to day tasks)
