Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working in the field.

Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers and explain products/services

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support

Report daily activities and sales performance to the manager

Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain customer records
