Field Sales Executive

For Sales & Merchant-Facing Roles (e.g., Field Sales Executive, High Value Officer):

• Merchant Onboarding:

  Visiting retail shops and other businesses to onboard them onto the Paytm platform and educate them on how to use it for payments. 

• Sales & Target Achievement:

  Meeting sales targets for various payment solutions like QR codes, soundboxes, EDC/card swipe machines, and point-of-sales (POS) software. 

• Product Deployment & Explanation:

  Deploying products and explaining their benefits and best practices at client locations. 

• Merchant Support:

  Revisiting existing merchants to resolve their queries and ensure customer satisfaction, leading to higher sales conversions and retention. 

• Market Feedback:

  Gathering feedback on existing products and competitor activities for potential product enhancements. 

• Branding:

  Performing branding activities at retail shops within their assigned territory. 

For Category Management Roles: 

• Data Analysis:

  Extensive data crunching to analyze performance and identify gaps.

• Campaign Monitoring:

  Daily monitoring of campaign performance and implementing corrective measures.

• Post-Campaign Analysis:

  Preparing post-campaign analysis with key data points and actionable insights.

• Category Management:

  Overseeing and managing various categories like Paytm Deals, Scratch cards, and Paytm First Points.

For Other Roles (e.g., Software Engineer, Customer Support):

• Software Development: Coding and developing various software solutions for the company. 

• Technical Support: Providing support and resolving issues for technical products and services. 

• Customer Interaction: Handling customer inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues. 

• Team Leadership: For leadership roles, responsibilities include providing orientation and feedback to team members and tracking performance.
