About the Role

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join Paytm as a **Territory Sales Incharge**. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Field Sales Executives, drive merchant onboarding, and ensure strong market penetration of our QR and Soundbox products.

**Key Responsibilities**

✅ Lead and manage a field sales team

✅ Achieve monthly merchant onboarding and revenue targets

✅ Deploy Paytm QR, Soundbox, and card devices effectively

✅ Conduct market visits and monitor team performance

✅ Motivate and train the team for high productivity

✅ Maintain reporting accuracy and build merchant relationships

**Eligibility**

🎓 Graduate in any stream

🕒 Minimum 6 months of field sales / Team lead experience in **Telecom**, **Fintech**, or **FMCG*
