1. Field Sales Executive

Role Summary: Company ke products ya services ko promote karna aur field par jaakar naye clients banana.

Responsibilities:

Naye customers se milna aur unhe service/product ke baare mein samjhana.

Monthly sales targets ko poora karna.

Market mein visit karke lead generate karna.

Daily reports manager ko submit karna.

Requirements:

Achi communication skills (Hindi/English/Local Language).

Field work karne ki ichha.

Two-wheeler aur driving license (optional par behtar hai).

Qualification: 10th, 12th ya Graduate.

2. Team Coordinator

Role Summary: Team ke daily operations ko manage karna aur targets achieve karne mein madad karna.

Responsibilities:

Team members ke saath coordination rakhna.

Work reports check karna aur process ko monitor karna.

Internal communication aur meetings handle karna.

Clients aur team ke beech ek bridge ki tarah kaam karna.

Requirements:

Problem-solving skills.

Team management ka thoda experience.

Basic Computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
