Job Description

Identify and onboard new merchants for EDC/POS machine installations

Promote card-based and digital payment solutions (Debit/Credit, UPI, Wallets)

Explain product features, charges, and benefits to merchants

Complete KYC and documentation process accurately

Coordinate with backend teams for installation and activation

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

Provide post-installation support and resolve basic merchant queries

Maintain proper records and update CRM/Force App regularly
