Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team PAYTM. The role requires candidates whoare skilled in building customer relationship and maximizing Sales opportunities. The position offers in Hand salary.

Key Responsibilities:

*Onboard new merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox, POS, and other Paytm services

*Visit shops, stores, and businesses in assigned areas

*Explain Paytm products and benefits to merchants

*Assist merchants with KYC, activation, and setup

*Ensure daily targets for onboarding and activations are met

*Provide basic after-sales support and resolve merchant queries

*Submit daily field reports through the Paytm app/system.

Skills & Requirements:

*Good communication and convincing skills.

*Smartphone mandatory (Android)

*Willingness to do field work

*Target-oriented and self-motivated

*Local area knowledge preferred.
